How Do I Place An Order?​

To place an order please feel free to browse the website. When you see an item you like click on it so you can select your size and then add it to your own personalised cart. Once you are finished shopping, click the shopping cart at the top right of the page to continue to payment and shipping. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming this purchase.

Payment & Shipping

All orders of puffer jackets will include a $12.50 postage and handling fee, smaller items are subject to change.

Orders placed will be shipped weekly on Monday,  Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please let us know if you would like a tracking number on your order, as we will not claim responsibility for lost goods.

We will also not accept liability for items that are damaged during transport, please note that we inspect 100% of items before postage to ensure they are appropriate for sale.

We accept Master card, Visa, PayPal and Afterpay.

Apologies, but we currently not doing face to face transactions due to Covid-19.

Returns & Refunds

At Vauer we are happy to accept returned items and refund your money within a thirty day period from date of invoice, but remember to keep your receipt (provided electronically) to provide as a proof of purchase. It is a condition of our returns policy that our items be returned in the same packaging as it was delivered to you, and at your cost. We respect your decision to return an item. To initiate the return process, we request that you contact us via email with the receipt and reason for return, we will then issue a unique return number which also needs to be added to the package. We will safely hold your payment until we receive your returned product, so we can confirm its condition is appropriate for resale, will not accept return items that do not have the tags attached. Once both parties are satisfied a refund will be issued through the relevant merchant. Please note that our merchant fee will be deducted from your refund price. We are happy to provide proof of the merchant fee upon request. We do not do item exchanges, you will have to return and re-purchase.

At Vauer we have a strict NO RETURN policy on sale items.
